CURRENT PHASE (Started June 21)
WATER:
– at least 7 cups of Green Tea
* 2 cups in the morning
* 3 cups in the afternoon
* 2 cups in the evening
– at least 3L of water
MEAL:
Breakfast: 1 cup of rice / 1 bread / 1 cup of cereal / fruits
Lunch: 1/2 cup of rice
Dinner: 1 cup of cereal / fruits
Snacks (in between meals): 1 bread / 1 cup of cereal / fruits
PROGRAM:
1 cup of cereal a day
1-2 bread a day
1-1.5 cups of rice a day
